90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

FurRevive purchases are backed by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Try your FurRevive products for up to 90 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a full refund of the purchase price.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@furreviveco.com and include your order number.

We may ask for basic information about your experience so we can better understand what happened and continue improving our products.

Your complimentary Quick-Dry Pet Towel and Surprise Dog Gift are yours to keep.

Do I Have to Return the Products?

For claims made under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, we generally do not require customers to return opened or used FurRevive products.

However, FurRevive reserves the right to request additional information or the return of a product when reasonably necessary to investigate an issue, suspected misuse, or product-quality concern.

If we request that a product be returned, we will provide instructions before you send anything back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@furreviveco.com.

Please include:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos of the product and packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because we work to process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Shipping Charges

FurRevive currently offers free U.S. standard shipping on qualifying orders. Because no standard shipping charge is collected on those orders, there is no shipping charge to refund.

Any optional expedited or upgraded shipping charges, if offered and selected, are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Complimentary Gifts

Promotional gifts, including the Quick-Dry Pet Towel and Surprise Dog Gift, have no cash value and are not eligible for separate refunds or exchanges.

If you receive a refund under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you may keep your complimentary gifts.
