1. About FurRevive

FurRevive offers pet skin, coat, paw, nose, grooming, and related pet-care products.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase through FurRevive.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including ingredients, sizes, packaging, colors, photographs, and product benefits.

• Surprise Dog Gifts
• samples
• other promotional items

Complimentary items:

• may vary in style, color, or design
• may be substituted based on inventory availability
• have no cash value
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• are not separately refundable

Unless otherwise stated, one Surprise Dog Gift is included per qualifying order, regardless of the number of FurRevive systems purchased.

If a promotional dog toy is included, customers should select appropriate supervision based on their dog's size, chewing behavior, and play habits.

Always supervise your dog during play and discontinue use of any toy that becomes torn, broken, or damaged.

14. Ingredient Sensitivities

Although FurRevive uses carefully selected ingredients, no topical product can be guaranteed to be suitable for every dog.

Natural and naturally derived ingredients may still cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

A small incidental lick after topical application is different from intentionally consuming a product.

Customers should discourage excessive licking until topical products have absorbed.

If a dog consumes a significant quantity of a FurRevive product or develops concerning symptoms, contact a veterinarian or appropriate animal poison-control resource.
